At Ottean Cleaning Equipment Inc., we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and affordably across Canada, from British Columbia to Newfoundland and Labrador, and all the way up to the Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut.

Shipping Within Canada

We proudly ship to all 10 provinces and 3 territories, including:

  • Provinces: Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland & Labrador

  • Territories: Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut

🚚 Shipping Methods & Carriers

We use trusted national carriers to ensure reliable delivery, including:

  • Canada Post

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • Purolator

Shipping methods may include standard, expedited, or express, depending on your location and selection at checkout.

⏱️ Estimated Delivery Times

Location Type and Estimated Delivery Time:

Major Urban Centers: 2–5 business days.

Suburban Areas: 3–7 business days.

Rural/Remote Areas: 7–12 business days.

Territories (YT, NT, NU): 10–15 business days.

Please note: Delivery estimates begin once the order has been processed and shipped.

📦 Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

💵 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions

  • Delivery location

  • Chosen shipping method

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 CAD (before taxes) within most Canadian provinces. Remote areas and territories may be subject to additional charges.

❄️ Remote & Weather-Impacted Areas

We do our best to ship everywhere in Canada, but please allow additional time for deliveries to:

  • Rural addresses

  • Territories (Nunavut, Yukon, NWT)

  • Weather-affected regions during winter months

🧾 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery status.

❗ Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. Ottean is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to:

  • Incomplete or incorrect addresses

  • Customer absence at time of delivery

  • Missed pickup windows for undelivered parcels

📬 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We'll investigate and help resolve the issue promptly.
