✅ Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain used cleaning products or opened packages may not be eligible for return unless defective.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless:
